I've always wondered, how did you meet Dandy in the first place? Was it chance, or something else?

It was just by chance!!! :) I was hiding somewhere in a strange town, and I was at a bus stop he stopped at. When he sat down, I guess I was giving him a funny look, because, well… I don’t mean this in a bad way, but Dandy’s dressed… Well…. Dandily. :^O ;^) Anyways, he just kind of started talking. I didn’t really know how to react… :^/ He just kept going! This and that about fly honeys and adventures… I was confused. D: So I started responding, because that’s what you do, I think, and then we started talking about ourselves. On the bus ride we got to know each other pretty well!! :) And now we’re the DANDIEST of friends. :P :D

I’m gonna do a Dandy thing and write a diary... :3

Ever since yesterday, I’ve been in a bad mood...

I woke up after overheating and it took me longer than usual to really wake up fully. Which I guess is what you’d expect, right :? When you overheat, there’s a chance of damage so you end up shutting down, whether you want to- or can- or not. So I guess I just wasn’t working right... I dunno.

But I think the problem got mostly to my memory. I woke up super super disoriented and I couldn’t tell “when” I was, to put it like Daisy probably would. My memories were all scrambled out of order... I knew when they’d happened, by like, I got Snowball sometime in May and started dating Vosim in June, but I couldn’t put them in order somehow... ??? :? It was like, they didn’t happen in a line in my mind. It didn’t go July August September. It went like May September July June February or something. I dunno! It was really weird...

But mostly... I’m super upset because most of the memories that came up were BAD ones. :/ I mean, I don’t have that many happy memories to start with, so I dunno what I expected! :( :/ :/ But I’m so so sad, because... All the bad things that happened... They’re all me. I was the one who left Vosim. I was the one who always had to run away and run away and run away. I always act like I’m the victim of the police, but... I’m disguised really well! :P

The only person I’m really a victim of is MYSELF and my STUPID STUPID STUPID decisions. I just run around yelling about how everyone hates me when NO ONE DOES. Even Otto’s nice to me! BUT NO, DEE. YOU’RE THE ONE EVERYONE HATES. :O >:D IT’S YOU!!!! D:: But I don’t want them to hate me!!! AND IT JUST KEEPS GOING ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND ON.

Speaking of music - what kind of music do you personally like, Dec?? Any favourite songs or artists??

Heehee. Dec. I like that. :P

I really like songs by Alt-J, and other artists who make music like him! I also really like music with cellos in general, and pianos!!! :) (That last one reminds me of Vosim...) But of course, I have to love EVERY SONG with Chipspeech in it. Not in a I’m-forced-to way, they’re just all so good!!!!! :D

(Pretend to be Dee) Well, unfortunately, I'm pretty bad at impersonations. (I say, preparing to audition for the lion king T·T) However, I have a strong sense for music that describes a character, and I can tell you right here right now that Dee is: Help I'm Alive (Metric), E.V.O.L (Marina And The Diamonds), Tag, You're It (Melanie Martinez), I'm A Disaster (Ghost Town), Sad Machine (Porter Robinson ft. AVANNA), and Stronger than You (Estelle).

Help I’m Alive (lyrics, can be interpreted to be about paranoia): I LIKE YOUR MUSIC TASTE, FRIEND. I mean, I should have known you would have good music taste since you’re interested in Chipspeech anyways but :OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!! But yeah, it’s a good fit for Dee.

E.V.O.L. (mentions of suicide, smoking, alcohol): In Dee’s mind, probably. As a mod I’m not sure but Dee would definitely agree with you in a very sad sense. 3:

Tag, You’re It (lyrics, mentions of all sorts of violence and abuse, though poetic): Hearing works by Melanie Martinez that I haven’t before is always a good thing! Did she release an album :? I might have to check that out... Anyways. In some senses, this is definitely very Dee, but for the purpose of keeping their past vague I will neither confirm nor deny how much it fits. :P Sorry guys! I’d love to see YOUR theories, though, put together you all have so much more imagination than I do!

I’m A Disaster (swearing, depression): ...This is incredibly Dee. Wow. That’s all I can say. Especially how a few times he says it Dee-saster. ;) But yeah, no. Wow.

Sad Machine: It was hard to say how this fits Dee at first other than it does, partially because I was distracted by the video (whose aesthetic is very Dee!), and the fact that I’ve heard it somewhere I swear to God and it’ll annoy me for ten more years, but by the end of the song it fit them clear as day.

Stronger Than You (waait for it): I’m not sure if you mean in a “I’m in a relationship with Vosim and it’s awesome” sense or a “I run on DECtalk and have nine voices and am therefore a fusion nine gems” sense but I like both of them. :Pc
