Bodybuilding & strength training
Bodybuilding is a life style, it's basically eat, sleep & train...I stared to workout at 15 I'm now 16 I was a really skinny kid, my grades were bad, I was always depressed and felt like giving up on life. The day I discovered the barbell was the best day of my life. I use to workout everyday, my physically and mental strength was increasing, I started to get good grades, my confidence level grew. My whole life changed, my goal in life is to become a personal trainer & motivate young people to better their lives all through fitness! Well this is just a short summary of how weights changed my life. ✌
