So I took a class called intro to the major (for Psych). It was mandatory and I didn't get very much out of it except that you need to pad your resume/vita, prep for the GRE, and be ready for rejections. Like those are all things that can happen and it's okay. You could focus on learning a second language, applying to other schools, or studying for and retaking tests.
Haha, well I’ve applied to like 25 schools and got rejections from most of them (which was expected), it’s just that the KU one was a pretty big blow since I felt really good about them.
I’m actually taking the GRE on Saturday, so I’ll at least be able to apply for some PhD’s next year. I’m on the waitlist for another med school, so hopefully that will come through, but I’ll also be retaking my MCAT in June or so to have my scores ready for the next cycle of med school applications.
