A Dharma and Greg AU though, where John and Sherlock meet in a shabby restaurant and decide to get married on the same day, because Sherlock has become just curious enough in John to stop being bored and John is just wondering about marriage in general. 

They marry on the same day because Sherlock knows a guy who knows a guy, who can do it for pratically nothing and John moves into Baker Street that night. 

So John has to handle all the experiments and the violin concerto's in the middle of the night with a rather obsessive and over protective older brother and Sherlock has to manoeuvre John's temper, nightmares and tendency to drink a bit too much.

Mycroft would try to break it up, seeing nothing but misery for them in the future and he keeps sending them money to fund their divorce - John thinks of them as bribes. But they decide to stay together because they work and fall in love while already married.
