Noldor, Teleri, and Sindar elves
I’m trying to pin down their different styles/ motifs
#i picture the noldor to love dark colors#midnight blues#forest greens#deep purples#just so long as its dark#i drew them im red causei wanted to differentiate them from the other two#the teleri are easy#white and pastel clothing for them#mainly blues and greens#mint and turqouise are very popular#but theyll use reds and oranges as accent pieces#the sindar elves stick to blacks and greys mostly#something they developed after years under starlight#theyll accent and contrast with one vibrant color#mainly sticking to greens or the colors of flowers#their black clothes are deeper and richer than the noldor#and their grey robes shine iredecent and silver#the sindar never wear red#except thingol#haha long winded head canons#my art#silmart#tolkien#silmarillion#elves#my artwork#noldor#teleri#sindar#long hair is always in fashion
