The latest download is available! DEEPSØNØS Episode II: Ephemére is designed to take you deep into a sonic meditation experience, a full-spectrum sound journey composed at 432hz. I infused this Episode with deep springtime and effervescent sounds, inspired by the Full Flower Moon, whose energy is present with us during the month of May. I recorded violin, vocals, and incorporated electronic production on synths, sampled sounds, and sonic bass. It's a hi-fidelity sonic sound journey. Listen to Episode I: Vernal.
Experience the depths of meditation with DEEPSØNØS.
Production, Violins, Vocals, Composition: HANNAH Mixed by Dave Sharma, Sharmaji Music, Brooklyn, NY Mastered by Chris Cox, Denver, CO ----- Episode I: Vernal is designed to take you deep into a sonic meditation experience, a full-spectrum sound journey composed at 432hz. I highly suggest, especially for the first listen, that you play this hi-rez audio file on some really good speakers with a subwoofer, or on really good headphones, to capture the full essence. Close your eyes and dive deep.
I incorporated jungle textures and bird sounds that I recorded from my recent trip to Envision Festival in Uvita and Nosara in Costa Rica, along with live violin, vocals, and electronic production on synths, sampled sounds, and sonic bass. It's a hi-fidelity sonic sound journey.
Episode I is 10 minutes long. The cool thing about that is, you know that you've meditated exactly 10 minutes when the track is up. No need for a timer, or for your brain to worry that you've sat too long or too little.
Try this for a week, meditating to Episode I: Vernal every morning or evening, 10 minutes a day. Utilize any breathing or deep relaxation techniques you normally employ in your seated meditations, and let your mind melt away on sound. And see how you feel.
#practicepresence tips for accessing the power of the total solar eclipse! [reposted from Ashleigh Sergeant]
"You can continue to tap into the power of last week's solar eclipse with your daily practice. Here are some insights and ideas of how to work with this sacred juncture.
Total Solar Eclipse
Friday was a total solar eclipse and the portal of this transition lasts all month. Eclipses represent completion -- a clear ending. These junctures strongly call us to look at major life patterns and recurring themes. The breathtaking visual appearance of a total eclipse (this one was able to be seen by some in Europe) remind us how small we are and just how important it is to surrender to forces greater than ourselves. Cycles begin, sustain and complete. Birth and death and re-birth. Eclipses invite us to sync up with the closing of a cycle.
Eclipse Practice: This month is a great time to make a choice to end something you have been needing closure on. It is a time to wrap up loose ends -- more like snip them off with sharp scissors -- and move forward with a clean slate. Contemplate a relationship, a habit or any cycle that you are ready to create a conscious ending with. Create a little ritual for yourself and end the cycle completely and mindfully with love and respect." -Ashleigh Sergeant
