1. Vision problems?

That would be my girl Senca! She has very poor vision, leaving her unable to properly see the crests of other fae, but she makes do with that she can. Regardless, she’s one of the city’s more talented mages, and likes to experiment with spells, typically recording the effects in a multitude of ways.

10. PTSD?

Cohen is the first one that comes to mind for this one. Without spoiling too many bits of my future lore for folks who haven’t guessed it yet, Cohen was there to witness the fall of the city he was born and raised in. He couldn’t do much to help any citizens, and it haunts him often. The nightmares sometimes leave him unable to fall asleep, and the sight of the new city’s old appearance (the ruins, namely) made him incredibly uneasy.

11. A speech impediment?

While I’m not sure if it fully counts as a speech impediment, Gwendolyn tends not so say much, if at all. I suppose it could be seen as a form of selective mutism? Even though she’s a girl of little to no words, she’d fiercely loyal and will show it through her actions and mannerisms.
