@evolutionperformance hitting 9.13@154MPH with their 2020 GT500 boosted without nitrous. Fastest 2020 Shelby GT500 record. #repost @lund_racing ・・・ @evolutionperformance reset the 2020 GT500 record with a 9.1 at 154 MPH with @dwinks2 behind the wheel! This is with nothing fancy like nitrous... it’s boost only (because the haters think we have cheat codes 🙄). The 60 foot didn’t record on this pass but it had two others at 1.49 and 1.47. The mods are the same as last time but it now has a drag brake setup so the drag pack wheel setup would fit. Looks killer! The TCM/trans is still fighting us. Nothing has broken on the trans yet (still the OEM trans and clutches that came with the car... never removed or replaced), but the TCM is either not applying enough pressure in some cases and it’ll slip on a gear change, or it’ll limit power. This makes things inconsistent run to run at this power. Without TCM access we can’t do much unfortunately. A motor after my own heart! From @lund_racing ・・・ Check out Chris’ built Coyote engine singing that Naturally Aspirated song on the engine dyno! Built by Crawford Engines. This is tuned using an OEM Ford PCM and has full VCT custom cams revving to 8500+ rpm. We’re not allowed to discuss the specs of the engine but it’s 700+ hp capable at the crank so far!
