“ 8: What are some of your OCs strengths? ”

okay so i know it’s in his bio, but i really want to go into the fact that he is a boxing champ. okaywellobvnotanactualchampionbutlike… beginning in his youth, dimytri would often play-fight with his fathers. when he was still a child, they had played for fun, but as he grew older, his parents realized that, through this, they could develop skills that could, given their history, potentially be life-saving in the future. as such, from that point, they started introducing new concepts into their small games of fighting. 

when he grew older, he found himself excelling in boxing and became more drawn towards it. encouraged by his parents–andreà especially–he honed his skills and, with more real-life application, eventually came to become worthy of sparring with far larger opponents than he. not to say he did it alone; it helped that both mikhail and andreà had certain…connections who were willing to give him a hand.

“ 9: What are some of your OCs weaknesses? ”

whoo~ alright more fighting things. his weakness when it comes to physical ability is… *drum roll* any kind of martial arts whatsoever! when faced with any more intricate or coordinated fighting styles, he will almost certainly lose–even if they are at the equivalent of his ability in boxing. to win against premeditated fighting styles, dimytri has to either have a severe upper hand (i.e. he is facing a child or someone extremely lightweight), or a minor upper hand coupled with intense motivation (i.e. he has to be fighting for someone else). this only applies, however, in hand-to-hand combat / when he is weaponless, as, when given a pistol it’s a completely different story. 

“ 34: Is your OC religious? ”

in short, he identifies as agnostic. while having a heritage that is half italian, and while andreà is mildly religious, he doesn’t so much actively practise a set religion as occasionally entertain the idea of a god or gods. if anything, his belief in Christianity’s God is more conceptual than following ideas of any sub-division of the church. that is to say, he enjoys the idea of an all-loving peep hangin’ out on clouds just chillin’, but doesn’t put up with the contradictory and paradoxical arguments of some church groups. and he has a partial faith in the existence of greek gods, though this is more fantastical than an actual set religion.
