Anyways, the veins had zero chill this AM #WATT !!! #DeewayneTheDeltVein #chillbrah I would also like to point out that this is a 25lb bar I'm doing barbell curls with here...I MAKE it a struggle by really concentrating on the motion, not swinging, not using any other part of my body besides my arms, and flexing/squeezing very hard each rep. People get so caught up on weight! Why? (Different story if you're a power lifter, and not saying lifting heavy is wrong, just clarifying the difference here) Lifting too heavy improves strength. Perfect form, stretch and contraction improves aesthetics and builds muscles. Take your weight down and concentrate on what you're doing. Ps. I love wrist straps. So secure feeling, but not really necessary for bicep curls. Just felt like a boss. 😎 #DontHate Trying to learn not to relax my wrists. It's a bad habit.
