What happened to keeping Tumblr customisable? Clearly that's not the case if you force new users to use an algorithmic view by default with no option for change.

So I was chatting w/ my friends/boyfriend on discord, my friend called him default settings, and I think it’s hilarious that he’s fine with being called cishet but pouts when he’s called default settings, he said, “It just sounds so plain!” So my friend said, “You’re plain!” And I’m sitting back and laughing. It’s all in good fun tho.

There's this show, Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, and it is so awful, because literally every character has queer potential, but they're all cishet. All except for the Token Stereotypical Queer Character, who is honestly just hard to watch because of how incredibly obvious it is that the entire show was written by cishets.
