Nora held her box full of her stuff and carried her suitcase behind her. A nice student who was there to help students move in carried a medium sized box that contained the rest of her possessions. She didn’t own a whole lot, so it wouldn’t take much to move in, especially since she was moving in alone.

She fiddled with her key with the hand used to pull the suitcase, before finally using it to open the door to her new dorm room and her first college roommate. When she looked inside, she saw a black haired female reading a book on, what she assumed, was her roommate's bed.

The student helping her put her stuff on the desk and left. Leaving only Nora and her roommate. “Um... Hi. I’m Nora Valkyrie. I assume you're my  roommate?” She asked somewhat nervously, somewhat avoiding eye contact.

“I know.” Spoken with a smile, Yang closes the small gap between herself and Blake, quite blind to the others that stand around them. It’s the first time they’ve done this so intimately with other people nearby (though Yang’s sure Weiss is both looking away respectfully and also forcing Ruby to do the same), but it doesn’t make Yang nervous. All that matters to her is Blake, a hair’s breadth away from her, and how ODD it feels to be the one leaving this time. Her left hand rises, cupping Blake’s jaw and thumbing her cheek. 

“I’m gonna miss you a whole lot.” She says, and she finally steals a kiss. Just one, a small peck. It’s only the first one, though. “But I’ll be thinking of you.” There goes the second one, and this one lingers. Yang knows the more she does this, the more she’ll want to STAY, so she has to part. She takes a breath, eyes pressing shut like it physically pains her to let go. 

It’s not enough, though. She can’t go. Not yet, not before – the REAL kiss, the one where she flings her arms all the way around Blake’s waist, and pulls her so close a fly couldn’t squeeze between them. They’ve done a lot of making up for lost time but this one’s gotta cover the FUTURE too, and it feels like no number of kisses will ever be enough. It’s harder to part when she finally does, but Yang does. 

It’s for the greater good, after all.

           too many mistakes ? too many ?  ——— was there such a thing for someone so kind ? eyes rolled within their stardusted lids. ❛     no. i can’t accept that. you care too much for there to be any truth in an accusation like that.     ❜ raven haired girl contained a stubborn soul that deserved to be rattled for saying something so preposterous.  ❛     you’re incapable of making too many mistakes. mistakes are a part of our lives. it’s inevitable.   ———  but it matters what you do with them. you’re learning to be better than you already are &. that is the difference.      ❜ 

             for so long the schnee child had suffered with the thought of being perfect , of being a flawless person. but soon reality set in that the broken childhood she had grown up from , molded her to have a skewed judgement of the world. of faunus.  ———   of friends from different backgrounds. it had always felt wrong but she was so scared to tap on fragile glass of her cage. the fear of her entire existence being a blemish was horrifying. yet those sky blue irises knew that there was nothing she could do for the history she had written. there was no ink to blot out the imperfections of her past. there was only her future ahead of her &. in that , the freedom in knowing that there were no bars to hold her to the vile imaginings of her father. she’d vow to make remedy for her mistakes … to never let anyone influence &. push her down into the role of a doll.  she had accepted her mistakes &. her teammate should accept her own too.

             fingers held onto to handle of china cup with greatest care as she lifted it to her ornate mouth. ❛     you should drink your tea before it gets cold.     ❜ chin lifted , snow storm incarnate  crossed pale legs as lashes flickered shut. what nonsense this was ! too many mistakes ?      ———  ha , that phrase should be erased from belladonna’s mind.
