Leo has another gig coming up soon in Ibiza. One of his favorite places to perform and he’s ready to make new memories there with Lydia.

He wanted to ask her to go with him but just flat out asking her seemed so bland. The two of them had settled into a bit of a routine; time at his place, time at hers, time apart to get work done. He still felt inspired by her and the art she created and loved being around both.

Sitting at his desk he stared at the painting she finished for him and hung up while he was away visiting Taron last. That’s when it finally hit him. A secret message hidden in a playlist. A small challenge for her, a puzzle to solve. Quickly he put it together and sent it to her in a text.

[text love bug] Lovebug. Hidden in this playlist is a message. Have it solved by the time I see you later tonight for dinner. 😘

Lydia was bouncing off the damn walls.

She has had three cups of coffee, and it was only 6pm. Her room was pristine. Her work was done, and even planned out for the next few days. She helped Meggi clean the house. She even gave Mac a bath.

Leo was landing at 7:15. She had spent all day today and yesterday making herself very busy trying to make time go by quicker. Every twenty minutes she would glance at the time. It did not go by any faster, in fact it felt like she was in slow motion.

Ever since she left him in Tokyo she had been extraordinarily.... Thirsty.

She couldn't get her mind off that night, off his moans, off her reward for letting her hands wander. She even had a naughty dream or two.

Finally it was about time to leave to pick him up. She had everything she needed for the adventure to the airport. She had washed Leo's shirt and was planning to give it back to him as promised too.

She was sitting on the couch, waiting for the clock, that damn clock. She checked his flight on her phone, it was on time. 'Good' she thought. She might explode if it became delayed, she tried not to think about it just in case of accidentally wishing it into fruition.

After what felt like hours, but was actually twenty minutes, she hopped up off the couch. Grabbing her bag she yelled upstairs to Meggi that she was leaving. She responded with a naughty sound and a "GO GET YOU A SCOTTISH BOY" in a terrible Scottish accent, to which she rolled her eyes, and headed out the door.

“This is the address to a baker in town. One of the homes you sent me. Befriend her. She knows everyone in town.” 

Cheryl pulls up to the house in her car and looks at the address her contact gave her, then glanced up at the numbers gracing the pillar of the front porch. Yup. This is it. It’s, well, quaint. A bakery in a home. She checked to make sure her signature red lipstick was perfect in the rear view mirror before getting out. Walking up to the door she notices a woman sitting in the swing. 

“Hi! I’m Poppy. I am new in town and someone recommended here for some treats. Correct me if I am wrong but you are” there was a brief pause before she continued to make it convincing “Meggi?” 

She knew she wasn’t wrong along with the address her contact sent her a picture. She was smaller than she looked in the picture.

Meggi closed up the kitchen and locked the door. She was going to take a few days to take care of herself and get over her sickness. First step was a hot bath, a cup of tea and some of her favorite Disney movies.

Leo picked Taron up from the airport midday. Checking to see if he was okay with his plans, he drove them over to the tiny bakers house as Lydia had said she wanted to meet him and her and Meggi were apparently working hard on some mysterious project. He didn’t let them know they were stopping by wanting it to be a surprise visit.

He pulled into the drive and the two of them walked up to the door, giving a light knock as he opened the door. No answer, but he could hear the two of them singing in the kitchen. He turned to Taron, who could only tell Leo was laughing because his upper body was shaking, and held his finger up to his lips as they made their way into the kitchen watching the two girls as they baked and sang at the top of their lungs.
