I have definitive proof that Spongebob is set in the same universe as Harry Potter. And it all counts on Mr Krabs’ murderous intentions
First off, we know for a fact that Mr Krabs can deal with a body
In the episode Nasty Patty (March 1, 2002), Eugene Krabs and Spongebob Squarepants believe they have committed accidental manslaughter, after accidentally rendering a health inspector unconscious. As a result, Krabs decides to hide the body before anyone sees it, and decides to bury him in the graveyard, the most inconspicuous place for a body to be. He even calls the corpse an “it”, because he no longer sees the body as a human. Just a thing to hide
Plus, he seems to have killed multiple times, even outside his time in the army, as can be seen in the episode Squidward in Clarinetland (March 24, 2010)

How does this relate to Harry Potter you ask?
Well, as you can see here, on the Spongebob wiki, Mr Krabs has, on multiple occasions, almost been killed. In certain situations, there was very little chance of survival, but he still makes a miraculous recovery

Mr Krabs used his past murders to create a horcrux. Only one, as his soul seems mostly intact. And as we know, most people turn a precious item into a horcrux, an item that they take great care in looking after. What would Krabs’s be?
