I think De Gea has a lot of potential. I feel bad when people bash him. He is so young and he is already one of the better keepers in the game. He will only improve as time goes. Though he may lack the commanding physical presence needed in the Premier league to stop more muscular forwards, he still has a good sense of how to stop shots. I don't watch him regularly, but De Gea definitely has the potential to become one of the best someday, especially since he’s at Manchester United.
Did you want me to rate him? I will give him erm...a 7 or 7.5 for now because he still does make a lot of mistakes. but I think he the best among young keeper.
