Our sixth character is:
It's the Galactic Guardian's favorite Ichthyological boss, Admiral DeGil!

Totally abandoning the weekly format; I've been so damn busy that I have totally neglected the Tumblr side of promoting my fic.
As mentioned before, DeGill's redesign is heavily inspired by the Star Trek TOS Admiral uniforms used in the film series; hell you might even see a couple Federation logos in this piece, repurposed as medals of honor. His Atomic symbol is also designed to be multicolored to indicate his own rank and accomplishments.
I also had the cool idea of giving him apparati to be able to breath air as a neat E1 change. His gil rebreathers on his two sides give the impression of mutton chops, the kind you'd see on sailors. His pipe, on the other hand, supplies him with fresh water to replenish his rebreathers. And of course, he still doesn't wear pants.
