TD x Kingdom Hearts Special Edits! Halloween Town Forms! Happy Halloween!!🎃👻💀

To celebrate the spookiest day of the year, I present you with four special edits of my TD and Kingdom Hearts crossover. For this, I sent four of my TD wielders to a world based on one of my favorite movies of all time: The Nightmare Before Christmas, which btw if you have played KH1 and KH2, it’s actually a world you can go to! Jack even joins Sora’s party whenever the player’s in it!
It’s a rule that whenever Sora and his party travel to a different world, their look adapts to the World’s environment, if required that is. Halloween Town is one of those worlds. Should a TD wielder go into a different world, same rules apply.
Is there a story for these edits? I’m not exactly sure. If I were to make one, it’d be post Drama of Darkness (my story) and KH3. In it, in order to look for Sora, who vanished at the end of KH3, a lot of TD wielders start traveling other worlds to see if they can find any hints of him, as well as destroy any Heartless that appears. Halloween Town is one of those worlds. In this case, Team Amazon (Gwen, Heather, Courtney) and Bridgette (who leads all the wielders), ask Jack Skellington if he’s seen him, but to no avail. However, the four stay, as the Heartless seem to appear again on that world and Jack suspects Oogie Boogie has returned… again. Jack joins their party💀
I made four edits:
- Gwen: For her, I based her look on two things: KH1 Halloween Town Sora and Phantom of the Opera. I included creepy spots on her skin, vampire fangs on her mouth and bandages on her legs. She already has the aesthetic because she’s a goth but I hope I made her even creepier, at least for Halloween Town.
- Courtney: Her look is inspired by her outcome in Island of the Slaughtered. She’s a living puppet, though she’s made of wood this time around. Her shoulders are partly inspired by KH1 Halloween Town Sora as well, her clothes are darker and her eyes are gray (IOTS inspired as well). Her limbs and legs are separated to give her more of the puppet aesthetic and of course, can’t forget the strings that move her around.
- Heather: Part of her look is also inspired by IOTS. If you look closely at her neck, it has stitches! (Which if you know IOTS, you know what that means). Her face is also messy with faint runny mascara, another reference to IOTS. Additionally, she has bandages around her arms and legs and her boots have a striped pattern. Plus, she’s sporting a witch’s hat! With a bell in the shape of a bee! Get it? Queen Bee!
- Bridgette: 100% inspired by IOTS! From all the spots looking like burnt skin, a burnt out and dirty ponytail and black irises with white pupils! Part of her outfit also has rips on it and it has a darker color tone!
All the characters have bags under their eyes and a dark airbrush spray on the top of their heads, similar to how Sora looks in his Halloween Town form.
I apologize for the lack of posts lately, you guys. I’ve been incredibly busy with my internship and my motivation to draw or write kind of comes and goes. Don’t worry though, I promise I haven’t forgotten anything regarding my passion for either my art or my writing. I’m still hard at work for both! Hope you look forward to them!
