Lucy Fernandez Fashion DH S2E5: Body Politics Aired: 1990
Heck yeah, it’s Lucy time! And she’s lookin fine as ever. First, she wears this amazing dress, its pattern a combination of florals and animal print. Also, her gym outfit is freaking cute – how can you slay so fashionably hard at volleyball practice? Idk, but Lucy does. Then, we see her filming a letter to LD on the bed, wearing that ClearTech shirt. Wait, maybe it doesn’t say ClearTech? I can’t remember. Anyway, I’m sure one of you Canadians can *CLEAR* that up for us! HAHAAHH! Okay, so moving on, for the great debate between girls and boys re: practice time, Lucy wears a pink tank, purple skirt, pink belt, and a green blazery thing. However, the green blazer doesn’t make it to the debate because it gets so heated she’s gotta lose it! And finally, it’s the next day, and Lucy is soaking in her defeat, but still looks fine, in this Kraft Dinner-colored skater dress (are you proud, my Canadian friends?) and a floral cardi. Seriously, I think this is one of Lucy’s best colors. And Bronco must agree, because he asks her to go to the dance with him, and she’s all, WHUUUUUUT?
Spike Nelson Fashion DH S2E2: Bad Blood Part 2 Aired: 1990
I wish I could have gotten more pictures of Spike when she’s being interviewed about condoms. Her hair looks awesome today and she wears a leather jacket with buttons on it. She’s so freaking cool.
Spike Slay (Spike Nelson Fashion) DH S1E14: It Creeps! Aired: 1989
Spike first spots Shane while wearing her Pogues tee and a cute snuggly looking oatmeal colored button down cardi. She wears the same sweater again with a greenish shirt and striped skirt. And lastly, get a load of all these textures. First we have this thermal sweater, under a vest, with that skirt which starts out as jeans but becomes lacy ruffles. I also really like Spike’s skinny eyebrows. I know they’re not in right now, per se, but they’ll be back again….
Snake Simpson Fashion DH S2E3: Loyalties Aired: 1990
Wow, what a haul of these Snake lewks! First, I want to mention again how much I love this haircut. Now let’s move on to his colorful ensembles. First is that tribal-lookin shirt, and hearts in his eyes as he’s looking at Michelle. Then, this blue and yellow striped shirt. The next day, he stalks Michelle in this green shirt and a yellow poncho/hoodie. The date outfit, I absolutely love – a gorgeous blue sweater. He cleans up nicely. Finally, we see Snake contemplating how or why Michelle could have lost it and literally RUN AWAY from the date. He’s wearing his classic pencil shirt.
Liz O’Rourke Fashion DH S2E1: Bad Blood Part 1 Aired: 1989
Lucy is all about the orange this episode. She is definitely a fashion role model here at school. First, she wears this gorgeous orange skater dress and tells us that LD is sailing the islands, which sounds like the biggest lie ever. How come every time someone disappears from the show, and the other characters talk about it, it sounds like a huge lie? “Stephanie went to private school where she has to wear a uniform.” Even something as simple as “Paige is out sick with the flu.” *eye roll* It just sound super suspicious. ANYWAY, later she dons her Lucy Fernandez sweatshirt over the same dress. and later we see her in an orange tank, brownish skirt, and floral cardi.
Maya Goldberg Fashion DH S2E3: Loyalties Aired: 1990
Maya is wearing a pinkish sweater, but then a RAD colorblock windbreaker thing. In regards to Caitin’s dad’s affair, I respect Maya for keeping a cool head about it, but what the heck about her trying to give him the benefit of the doubt or considering maybe there’s another explanation for kissing some lady on a date. Just, what the heck, Maya. What you saw happen, happened. There’s no other explanation. “maybe you shouldn’t jump to conclusions” … ok, lol.
Michelle Accette Fashion DH S2E5: Body Politics Aired: 1990
Again, I apologize to whomever on my instagram coined the term “silken, high-waisted monstrosities” in reference to Michelle’s fashion, because I can’t remember your username to credit you. And I also apologize to those who might take offense to such a term. But it always floats through my head whenever I post Michelle, especially when she’s wearing exactly that type of outfit. Don’t get me wrong – I love it. So enjoy some silky blouses and mom..slacks?
