ENGLISH: This series of illustrations integrate a work of 6 pages of content accompanied by an illustrated front and back cover, digitally edited using Procreate and Photoshop. For this project, an extensive creative development was carried out in which a script, sketches, colorscript, model sheets, expression sheets and color tests were worked. I also assumed all the charges of the usual graphic elaboration of a comic: sketch, pencil, inking and color. 'Final Front' is a prototype comic that acts as an introduction to the unorthodox adventures of Red Fist, Reiko and Rocky, three friends who pretend to be superheroes in their own way in a world full of 'perfect' and clichéd vigilantes, who do not know the slightest sense of fun. SPANISH: La propuesta consiste en un trabajo de 6 páginas de contenido acompañadas de una portada y contraportada ilustradas, editado digitalmente mediante Procreate y Photoshop. Para ello se llevó a cabo un extenso desarrollo creativo en el que se trabajó guion, bocetos, ‘colorscript’, ‘model sheets’, ‘expression sheets’ y pruebas de color. #fallforcostume #19thcentury these are some of the designs i did for the importance of being earnest for my third year classic text project. i had so much fun with this project, i love the play and the time period and it was so nice to get back to hand painting my designs after doing so much photoshop. i used william morris prints specially selected for each character, which were to be hand painted onto the cloth to highlight the artificiality and superficiality of the play and the characters. oscar wilde was a huge fan of morris' work and as the fashionable characters ascribe to the same ideals as wilde himself it made sense to use them. making the prints bigger and choosing bright colours also allowed me to design fen costumes for a fun play #fallforcostumeday18 #theimportanceofbeingearnest #1895 #oscarwilde #wilde #play #theatre #theatredesign #costume #costumedesign #costumedesigner #williammorris #morrisandco #textiledesign #floralprint #degreeproject #phoebedoescostume
