a question for anyone who has curly/coily hair! how do you all maintain your hair?? especially amidst busy days… does it get exhausting at all? i’ve kind of stopped taking good care of my coils because of how tiring it was for me that it no longer felt satisfying and only like a chore that i’d keep putting it off… not to mention how expensive it gets and i don’t make enough to buy products i need… so! i think i’d always see myself and just… kind of hate my hair for very long periods of time that i began to neglect it…! how do you guys look after your hair?

good morning, everyone! it’s me! mamba! god, i missed everyone so much because of being away… i’m finally back after a while, and some new things have started since then that i’ve been excited about!
first, i’ve finally gotten a new job!! it pays me well on just the base check alone, even better than my regular retail job in the past! it’s not nearly enough on its own, but it’s commission based. and so, i’ll be doing my best and trying my hardest to get that extra money!
aside from work, i feel like i’m in a better place mentally… i didn’t expect to take so much time away as i did, but i do think it helped me with some of the things i had going on! and most importantly, i’ve missed you all so terribly much that i’d sneak on every now and then to see what everyone was up to!
as for writing, i do want to get into it again! i’ve had some ideas that i’d been tossing back and forth during these times that hopefully i can make time for! and to read all the things i’ve missed out on!
most of all, i’m just excited to be back!
