The weather has been so weird here lately! Hot then cold then hot again and guess what?? Were back to another cold week! So some homemade roasted tomato soup sounds like a good idea! This soup was super simple to make! You just toss everything in a pan, coat with olive oil and roast! Once it's roasted throw it into a blender with some milk and cream and you have a tasty homemade soup from scratch! You could even make it vegan with vegetable stock instead of milk! Finished off this meal perfectly with a @delallofoods provolone grilled cheese for dipping! Here's the question though.
