Level Ball: Highest level Pokémon you’ve ever raised

storytime: my friend in grade 5 once told me that a pokemon’s highest level is level X and I didn’t know if it was real so I trained my Torterra and when it stopped getting exp I looked at its level and it wasn’t level X but hey, level 100 is cool too :>

I’ve been ignoring him and I told him he was becoming rude, but he still tries to talk to me and ask if we could meet personally, etc. unu hopefully if I ignore him long enough or make someone tell on him, he’ll go away.
