How to Delete Paytm Account?? If you're troubled by Paytm's unauthorized use of your data, you can delete your account. To start the process: Go to Paytm app and tap on the Profile icon Tap on 24x7 Help followed by "Managing my Paytm Account" Next, tap on "I am unable to access my Account" and then on "I need to block my account" You'll be asked to share a screenshot of a transaction from bank to Paytm.
