** Easy beginner Chicken/Veg Chicken** Step by Step recipe: Check the end slide for recipe.. Take a screenshot for future reference ❤️ Cook chicken Biryani: - Add oil in a heavy bottom Pot - Add Khada masala (Jeera, cardamon, star anise, cloves) & Chillies - Add onion & cook till translucent - Add Ginger & garlic paste and fry them for 2 mins - Now add Spices : Turmeric, red chillies, jeera powder, coriander powder & Chicken masala - Cook till oil starts separating - Add Marinated Chicken and cook till 70% cooked and reduce the water content. - Now is the time to layers: Layer rice, fried onion & mints and some Biryani masala (store brought) - Repeat the layer again and on the top add some ghee.. it increases the taste and close it to cook - I am using a cooker filled with water to give extra pressure so the steam does not come out. - Cook for 20 mins and check after that Similarly I cook Veg Biryani: - Marinate Paneer cubes (Keep it a bit bigger) - Cut potatos, Carrot, beetroots, cauliflower & capsicums in bigger cubs - Fry all of theses veggies till 70 % cooked - Fry that marinated panner too - Masala steps are same as chicken (u can skip chicken masala & add some curry masala) - Do the layering similar to chicken biryani and cook for 15- 20 mins. . keep following @foodtasteindia #foodtasteindia #indianbloggerschat #chickenbiryani #vegitarianfood #vegbiryani #mondaymotivation #biryani #paneer #lunch #indianfood #feedfeed #feedyoursoul #feastagram #bloggersofinstagram #foodiesofodisha #eatlocalgrown #foodbossindia #yummyfood #mumbaifoodie #delhi_igers #homemadefood #chickenbiryani #chicken #eatandtreats #eatingclean #eatcleanfood #biryanilove #madeathome (at HSR Layout) https://www.instagram.com/p/CQiWzm0Fsu2/?utm_medium=tumblr
