I think It is time for another Daily Deli... Its been a while. 3/28/13
Alright guys so I know its been an extremely long time since ive posted anything on here regarding my daily life and the Anime I have been watching. And the reasoning for that is because of *You guessed it* School... Oh College...
But thats boring so lets start off with just some pre deli post.
If you haven't found out already, I have started a youtube channel in which I am playing Pokemon Fire Red Nuzlocke Challenge with commentary and all that jazz, SO if you like Pokemon, CHECK IT OUT.
Alright now that that is out of the way, lets move onto ANIME! WOOT! YAY!
So, recently I have watched many shows that have strayed from the sad and depressing stories like Clannad and AnoHana (simply because I needed a break from all the manly tear shedding) and simply watched some shows that looked pretty interesting.
So Sakurasou No Pet Na Kanojo has just ended, and after all of this time rooting for Nanami, lets just say the ending could have been better. BUT THEY DID END IT WITH A BIT OF A CLIFFHANGER (or at least enough to continue with a second season so IM HAPPY) I can still root for Nanami guys don't worry! Overall it was a really funny show and I highly recommend it.
So I did end up watching a really weird and stupid anime called Tentei Opera Milky Holmes... Its this really weird spin off of Sherlock Holmes that I honestly can't even explain. The Characters were really cute and adorable, but it was a really crappy show to be honest so I didn't continue on with the second season. It was MOE as fuck though.
Alright. UMMM I finally started to continue Full Metal Alchemist after a certain Girlfriend of mine would NOT stop bugging me about it until i finished it. So Im on like Episode 30ish and I really do like it. A little confused because I kept falling asleep during previous episodes (Not the shows fault! I fall asleep during everything)
I also started watching Hanasaku Iroha which is a really well animated show by P.A Works and what really caught my attention was specifically the fact that the main character was voiced by the same person that voiced Amu from Shugo Chara (I still can't believe I watched that show)
But I did always like her voice so it kept me enticed and its really not a bad show. Its one of those shows that make you motivated into getting off of your computer and doing something with your life. (BUT YOU NEVER END UP DOING IT BECAUSE YOU ARE STUCK WATCHING THE SHOW) Yeah pretty much the story of my life.
Alright so... I think thats all for now. Hopefully I can keep up these Daily Delis more often in the future and continue to watch really sad and depressing anime that I can add to the list. And for all of you new followers I shall repost the list right here. So Suggest some shows for me to watch that fit the emotional range of these:
Overall = how much i enjoyed it on a personal level with no professional critiquing
Sadness rating= how emotional i became while watching
Sadness Rating: 10/10 (Too many tears to count…)
Overall: 7/10 (last Arc kind of ruined it for me)
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time:
Sadness Rating: 6/10 (that scene where Makuto falls while chasing the bike was the only part that really killed me)
Puella Magi Madoka Magica
Sakurasou No Pet Na Kanojo
Sadness Rating: 7/10 (specifically the last couple of episodes they freaking killed me)
