feminist victory is so often a moment for black humour
You know you’ve hit a nerve when all the butt hurt men comment on your feminist post, complaining about how terrible feminists are and how oppressed men are.
The irony is that in my recent post I was actually arguing (amongst other things) that men shouldn’t all be tarred with the same brush as intrinsic sexists, because it’s a larger issue than that and essentialism isn’t helpful. But zooooooom, my whole argument went right over their heads, and through the filter of their meninist glasses it seems to have become a magical feminazi post talking about how horrible men are.
There’s no point even engaging with them given they don’t seem able to understand basic logic, and refuse to acknowledge gender inequality towards women is a real thing, but they are definitely worth laughing at. I invite you to. They are so butt hurt by their terrible oppression. It’s pretty funny.
