Ingredients: 20g of freshly ground coffee beans. 350ml of filtered water. Pourover coffee maker. Coffee filter.
Instructions: Boil the filtered water and let it cool for a minute or two until it reaches about 200F 93C. Place a coffee filter in the pourover coffee maker and set it on top of your coffee cup. Add the freshly ground coffee beans to the filter. Start by pouring a small amount of hot water about 50ml over the coffee grounds to wet them evenly. Allow it to bloom for about 30 seconds. Slowly pour the remaining hot water in a circular motion over the coffee grounds, making sure they are saturated evenly. Allow the coffee to drip into your cup. This should take around 3-4 minutes. Remove the coffee maker and discard the used coffee grounds and filter. Enjoy your delicious cup of pourover coffee!
