Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken breasts, diced. 1 onion, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 14 oz coconut milk. 1 cup chicken broth. 2 tbsp curry powder. 1 tsp turmeric. 1 tsp ginger powder. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: In a crockpot, combine diced chicken, diced onion, minced garlic, coconut milk, and chicken broth. Add curry powder, turmeric, ginger powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
