This gratin of Brussels sprouts is a rich and flavorful side dish that's great for any event. Brussels sprouts are cooked in a creamy garlic sauce, then melted cheese is added on top and baked until golden and bubbly. Even picky eaters will enjoy this dish because it's comforting and filling.
Ingredients: 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional.
Instructions: Put the avocados in a blender after you peel and pit them. To the blender, add salt, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, coconut milk, and erythritol powder. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the directions on the machine. Once churned, transfer the ice cream into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve and have fun!
