Instructions: Cover an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides to make it easy to take off. Put the milk chocolate chips and the rest of the sweetened condensed milk in another bowl that can go in the microwave. To make the chocolate melt completely and the mixture smooth, microwave the mixture for 30 seconds at a time and stir it every time. Put the peanut butter and unsalted butter in a small saucepan. Set it over low heat and stir it around until it runs smooth. Taking it off the heat, add the vanilla extract and mix it in. Spread the melted semisweet chocolate mixture out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared to make the first layer. Spread the peanut butter mixture out evenly on top of the semisweet chocolate layer to make the second layer. To make the third layer, pour the melted milk chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread it out evenly. For a pretty look, use a knife or toothpick to make swirls and marbling on the fudge's surface. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Cut it into squares or rectangles by putting it on a cutting board. Enjoy your tasty chocolate peanut butter fudge that has been layered!
