Ingredients: 200g pasta of your choice. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Zest of 1 lemon. Juice of 1 lemon. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup walnuts. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add cooked pasta to the skillet with garlic, along with lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
