Delicious! RinHaru Day

Food critic!Haru telling Chef!Rin to get his phone out of the frame, he has work to do 😤 (i.e., also taking a pic). His main job is to eat, though, so that is what he’s going to do.

The strawberry tart at Hazuki Cove does not look too good as of now, but with Haru’s feedback and Rin’s determination, the dessert will definitely be available on the menu for Valentine’s Day next year! Until then, Rin will be brushing up on his baking skills (and I, my watercolour skills 🙃🙃🙃)

Interpreting the theme, “eating”, a bit literally. My watercolour and brushes have all fallen into disuse for a number of years already, and I thought that was a shame and whipped them out for April Fools. But it definitely isn’t my best medium, so I struggled quite a bit. I would like to challenge myself in a year or so by revisiting something similar and hopefully do a better job then 🙈 Happy April Fool’s Day, everyone!
