Ingredients: 1/4 cup popcorn kernels. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Using your favorite popping technique, pop the popcorn kernels and pour them into a big bowl. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Stirring occasionally, continue cooking the butter for another three to four minutes, or until it turns golden brown and starts to smell nutty. Take the saucepan off of the burner and thoroughly mix in the ground cinnamon and brown sugar. Once the popcorn has popped, pour the brown butter mixture over it and gently toss to coat evenly. Toss the popcorn mixture once more to ensure it is evenly distributed, then add salt to taste. Enjoy and serve right away!
