Hmmm, ah yes, there are 3 major tasks for the base currently and we could certainly use your help in any one of them. <although we especially need help for the last one> Firstly we have the assembly of the new Pheropod-inhibitors, they do an absolutely wonderful job of keeping the antlions away from base, if you are willing, you can help MIRT and engineering personnel put them together. Second is the planting of the Pheropod-inhibitors in, and around the base, if you wish to do that you can join the scouting crew.

And the third and final one is more research and development oriented, and is incredibly important as of late, that is the development of anti shu'ulathoi devices. Unlike the biomachinery of the other combine combatants, the Shu'ulathoi <in other words advisors> lack the metal alloy in their core that allows for the Magnusson device to attach to them since they almost entirely organic, thus an entirely new device has to be created specifically to deal with Shu'ulathoi. From Dr.Breen's transmissions, along with the oral tradition of the vortigaunts, we know that the Shu'ulathoi have incredibly strong psyches, but they are also susceptible to pathogens of thought, thus we are focusing on a two forms of devices against them, one is something resembling a cognito-hazard, and the other is a physical weapon to attempt to kill them.

Input regarding the developement of either would be appreciated. <we could even name one of them after you, fun!>
