{ 27/ 10/17} A perfect day to start writing my poetry anthology! Inspired by my History Teacher in high school, I am proud to select "She Thinks Outside the Box" as my theme, and have collated past and present poetry. I hope to self publish next year :) I have joined mirakee to see how my poetry is received by an audience and in a few weeks I'll be performing some spoken word at my university's open mic One Night Stanza event, wish me luck!!

I wish I knew what I do now, and could start over again;

But then, I realise, that was the whole point of the pain.

On being a rainbow

Most people are too busy 

Grumbling about the rain

That they forget about the sunshine

And yet here you are

Glowing above them all

Invisible until they look at the sky
