What was their first impression of each other?

Demeter didn't really have a first impression of Teazer. When she first got to the junkyard she was overwhelmed, and Teazer was just one in a seemingly endless string of cats she was being introduced to. But the impression she formed before getting to know Teazer well was "loud but harmless".

Teazer, on the other hand, definitely had a first impression. As soon as her attention was called to the new cat in the junkyard, her poor gay brain completely short circuited because "holy CRAP she's gorgeous"

Did they have an official first date? If so, what was it like?

They did, although neither of them acknowledged that that was what it was at the time. Even though they both knew.

Teazer, after two weeks of planning and chickening out (repeatedly) finally gathered the courage to ask Demeter to dinner. Of course Demeter was happy to go with her and all the worrying was for nothing. Didn't stop Teazer from then going to Bustopher to find the best restaurant in the nicest place in town, and anxiously planning for the three days she had.

Everything went smoothly, and it was a lovely night. They had a lovely dinner and saw a concert happening in a nearby park.

What are their primary love languages?

I'm not super familiar with Love Languages(tm) so I'll just describe them.

Teazer likes to give Demeter things; she always keeps back the nicest, shiniest things she steals to take home and give her. She also usually plans thier dates... she always feels the need to express her feelings materially as well as just saying them, and she'll do whatever it takes to make Demeter smile.

Demeter is very present when they're together; she's usually incredibly anxious, looking and listening for anything dangerous that might be in the shadows, but she trusts Teazer and always gives her her full attention. She also makes sure to learn about the things that Teazer is interested in, even if she's never considered them before. And she bails Teazer (and by extension Jerrie) out of trouble. A lot. If they're making trouble in the junkyard she won't say anything, but when it comes down to matters of actual safety she's fiercely protective.

What's thier wedding like? Who attends?

They wind up eloping. Neither want a big wedding; Demeter doesn't want to be watched so much, and Teazer isn't super hot on formal, extravagant events. So they just leave in the middle of the night and catch a train (not Skimble's) and take it as far as they can. They wind up in a very sweet, quiet little town, and they get married there.

They spend about a week away (having left informative enough notes as not to worry people) and when they get back, they just deal with everyone's complaints of them having a wedding without inviting anyone. They think it's worth it though.

What are your favorite ships for the Chaos Duo? <3

Oooooh boy.

I don't put a lot of effort into shipping them, no lie.

For Rumpleteazer-

Demeteazer, definitely. It started as just "hey what obscure pairings has like no one thought of" to send someone for an ask game... but a solid few aus, many thoughts, and a playlist later, I love them with my whole heart.

Honestly I could never really get into Victeazer, but it's cute, I can see it.

In like one or two very specific aus (in which, needless to say, they are NOT related) I can get behind Mungoteazer. It's one of those things for me that has to work narratively, but when it does it works.

Not a romantic ship, but platonic love and affection are just as important as romance so: Teazer and Tugger. Best friends. Tugger's chaos is slightly to the left of Teazer and Jerrie's, and I can't describe it as anything other than the bond you form with the friends you make at a punk concert, but with a side of permanent investment and genuine commitment to being the best friends they can be for each other.

For Mungojerrie-

Munkujerrie. I was never able to get into it until @magical-marvelous-mistoffelees asked me to write fic for it, at which point I decided it was adorable, actually. Pairs well with Demeteazer.

Coricojerrie. There's that one photo set (the one on the pipe.... you know.) And they don't have a single brain cell between them. It's great. (This, too, was inspired by @magical-marvelous-mistoffelees. Leave it to Jerrie to fall in love with an illusion left on autopilot.)

Jerrie/Tugger/Misto. Who knows the ship name for that one, but I read a fic with it once that I really enjoyed. There was a lot going on in that tho and I would love to see them as a (relatively) functional triad. Don't even know why, the vibes are just good.

And another platonic one: Jerrie and Alonzo. Again, this one doesn't have a ton of thought behind it, the vibes are just good. Alonzo, while a gentleman at times, has a lot of troublemaking potential (I feel). The rest goes without saying. Jerrie gets them into stupid situations, Alonzo gets them out. It's a good time.
