Can I be pan and demisextual?

Like it's really hard for me to fall with someone but on the same side idk about what you identify as.

I always feel so confused when it comes to my sexuality like is the fact I extremely rarely fall in love because of trauma my nvld or because my sexuality? If someone could help me with this.
