Where can I get the theme you have?

the theme I have is an amalgamation of two themes found here

and I’m not sure which theme the body is from…
(all the elements have been pretty much tweaked from the original theme and the tag on the side [like a sticky note] of the posts was just coded by me so you probably won't find that on the theme)
