I know Josh didn't realize it when he penned it, but make no mistake this song was written for us baby. Strangely enough it has always been by far my favorite Kyuss song, now I know why. Sady I know I can help you kill your demons, because I've already killed my own. I destroyed them, rendered them, burnt their remains in the nuclear furnace that is my heart, and made stars out of them to illuminate my dark reality. Now I offer them to you to light your path, and drive the dark creatures that would prey on you away. And if my light will not, my far reaching right hand and iron sight will. We can do this because you have an endless source of power and love, my heart. It is yours, it always was and always will be. No matter how disappointed I was yesterday I know why you did it and forgive you.
