The home is utterly still, not a single soul to be found…or so it appears. As expected of a rotting home in the middle of the forest there’s a lot of spiderwebs to be found…perhaps more so than usual, actually. The strands practically glow in the moonlight that filters through the torn screen windows, revealing that the main room is all but impassible with the sheer amount of spiderwebs around.
They reach from floor to ceiling; ranging from thin and fine to almost as thick as a person’s finger, with just as many spiders to fill all of them. For the most part, they seem to be natural species found in Japan—except for one. Near the door that leads further into the house is a spider the size of one of the intruder’s hands, with a white body, white and black striped legs, a brown head, and three red markings decorating its body. This spider plucks at its web with its front legs when it notices the intruder, the rest of the spiders going into hiding soon after.
Shigaraki noticed there was an awful lot of spider webs. Luckily for his own sake, he didn’t have a fear of spiders. They were just sort of... annoying. He only came to a blocked room with how many spider webs there were. Though that wouldn’t be too much of a problem for the decay man... But then again, did he really want to go in there?
So far all the spiders in the abandoned home seemed like Japanese spiders. But one he singled out as much different than the others. One he has not seen before. It was white, black, and red markings. Shigaraki began to near it, but remained distant to an extent.
“I’ve never seen a spider like you before... I wonder why you’re so much different than the rest, are you the king here?” he asked the strange spider. Yes, he was speaking to a spider, and he didn’t care. He was alone anyways. It was just him and the spider.
