So, I apparently know little about this guy, but I can confirm from what I've seen that he has what it takes to be a leader. The only flaw is the body used: I don't like creatures that parasitize on others in order to live (I'm a pacifist, it's in my nature ^_^) so if it were possible, I would suggest a robotic body with an energetic core that can maintain it alive.
