ARE YOU KIDDINGGGG i saw the trailer drop on yt this morning and i thought to myself "there is no way in hell titling it 'reunited' is about murph and dicky (and dacher). right? this has to be about paul coffey. right? right?" Are you telling me that my rpf instincts were right

i've been saving the back catalogue of drop eps for the offseason to assuage the hockey deprivation i can already feel looming but i might just have to put this one on this weekend...

hurt/comfort b but in like a complex way. 2me it's so general bc i kind of include emotional h/c in the greater umbrella that i wouldn't say i necessarily go hunting for it on ao3 but it will make me click on a fic for sure.

career-ending injury um i am inventing a new grade of e i am superstitious to my bones enough said. THAT SAID it is good to read...HYPOTHETICALLY!!! i can't say i haven't read it in my time if the fic looks interesting enough or i trust the author IF, crucially, it is NOT about a player whose hockey future i care strongly about

love spells b love the concept but i feel like it can be sort of clumsily done sometimes lol but love when the spell doesn't affect one guy bc he's already in love with the other guy. im a huge fan of hrpf magical realism tho and it's always fun to see a guy fighting for his life trying to act like. not Normal but Correctly Abnormal.
