I am so beyond grateful to be included in this tremendous and and inspiring and growing and crazy powerful community that's is @lyonsdenpy led by the one and only @bethanyalyons and @saundersjohn ! 9 years ago I walked into Bethany's class in crunch. 3 years ago I was lucky enough to join in on the launch party in TriBeCa for the opening of lyons den power yoga that night on the 3rd floor of a walk up in TriBeCa. Tonight, we celebrated as the doors are about to open in Chelsea for their second location. Oh and tribeca, the studio has been expended since and they've also taken over the 2nd floor. I've actually been in class before when someone turned to me and said she planned an entire trip to NYC around coming to lyons den for Bethany's #sundayservice , and that for years she's wanted to make the trip and be a part of this class. Yes, years. So thankful to have been a part of this and to be able to watch the entire ride (which I know is far from over!) To another 9 years and so much more!!! #roar oh and here's a bit more on the ...
