Oh man it just gets better with time like they just keep getting better after all we get this
but that’s not even the best part. a lot of what makes Hibike! work is tiny details so beyond just the sasuga moments there’s small stuff like
how her hair bounces matches how her feet move to convey the energy in her step or
How her hair falls perfectly even when she’s sleeping pushes her character as someone who attempts perfection in everything
lack of motion and dishevelment
to energy and hope
it’s plain yes, but this simplicity allows other stories to be told without dialogue
like preparation
or unease
or hope.
Hibike! euphonium is a good show.
