was offered really cheap tickets to see ólafur arnalds but it's aaall the way in copenhagen and in four hours and asdfghjkl

so we ended up playing this game

i don't know what it's called but you basically get a post-it note with a name on your forehead but you don't know what the name is but it's a famous something and you have to ask questions until you get who you're supposed to be

(i am so bad at this, i spent an hour before realising i was gollum cause i thought i was darth vader but when i asked if i had a kid they said no and i was like "but that is like the entire point how can they not know that" but anyway) 

and so i was guessing my character (this was after i was gollum. i was also the moon) and asked "am i bad", right (as you do), and they were all "everyone thought you were but really you were nice" and i was like ... it cannot be, so i asked if it was generally agreed upon that i was a kind character and they said yes and i was like "...okay" but yeah i was supposed to be snape and that's when i realised i don't have any tumblr friends in real life

also someone was gandalf which started a whole discussion on whether he could be considered deceased or not

anne the cat died today and i feel like it should hurt cause i was the only one who got to pick her up and rub her belly and i didn't get to say goodbye, but it doesn't really and ugh idk

and death always comes in threes so

i just need catlady to go on a two week holiday somewhere and come back after i've gone home for christmas

the whole letting people go if they don't add anything to your life, or you use more on them than you get back, it's something i've been thinking about a lot lately like having to let someone go from your life who is extremely important to you, and who you love with your entire being, but they're just hurting you too much and you have to put yourself first

she also comes running when i get out of my room and follows me around and it's just super nice to have someone think of you as theirs (◡‿◡✿)

but i'm feeling really bad and my body is just ugh and i think i might be losing my voice so at the danish course i drank four cups of terrible lemon tea and then when i got home i made chai tea and i'll just bundle up real nice and cozy and take care of myself a lot and pretend that's how everybody deals with their life
