God dammit. I got them out of my life a while ago. I've made my life a million times better. No worries, more confident, closer with friends, and a perfect girlfriend. But now I'm suddenly going through PTSD. Anything that's remotely similar to that person or anything that reminds me of them sends me into a full-blown anxiety attack. I've had nightmares every night this past week, whether they be flashbacks or some horrible sort of future I don't want to see. Even when they're gone, the damage they did is still here and I can't get rid of it.
