BROOKLYN IN THE FUTURE

Born and raised in Manhattan, Denton Burrows studied fine art at Lehigh where he had the first-ever solo student show, then went on to earn a master's degree at New York's prestigious School of Visual Arts. While also passionate about showing work in a gallery setting, Burrows loves connecting with people in person and the "high energy organism that is New York City" continues to provide inspiration for working on its streets. In April, 2015 Burrows painted this work alongside that of many other artists such as Chris Soria whose work is visible on the left, in preparation for the "Brooklyn Is the Future" street art show at @VazquezBuilding on Forrest Street in Bushwick. @chrissoria @dentonburrows @bkisthefuture
