Who said “I love you” first: I’m going to imagine Feliks. Mostly because I also imagine it being along the lines of them arguing and him going “I love you, I don’t know why, because I hate you. And it’s totally the most frustrating thing!” and then it just faults everything because he did not mean to say that.
Who would have the other’s picture as their phone background: Probably neither, but Feliks will absolutely steals Ivan’s phone and change them to pictures of him because of reasons.
Who leaves notes written in fog on the bathroom mirror: They both do. Not all of them pleasant.
Who buys the other cheesy gifts: I think Ivan would buy the cheesy but also tacky ones.
Who initiated the first kiss: Feliks, I’d assume.
Who kisses the other awake in the morning: Idk Ivan?
Who starts tickle fights: Aaaah probably Feliks, because he knows all the sensitive places Ivan has and how to use them for the advantages he can get. Wait. That sounds bad.
Who asks who if they can join the other in the shower: Nobody asks, Feliks just shoulders his way in and demands the water.
Who surprises the other in the middle of the day at work with lunch: I guess neither of them would do that?
Who was nervous and shy on the first date: Well Feliks was just sort of huffy, and Ivan looked bored the entire time. So. Neither?
Who kills/takes out the spiders: Feliks probably kills them, Ivan just leaves them be unless they’re big. Then it depends which is easier.
Who loudly proclaims their love when they’re drunk: It’s hard to get either drunk, but I imagine Feliks would.

Who said “I love you” first: Mathias. Because he’s such a dork but really cute. And so they’d be out to lunch or something one day and he’d just smile and look at her like “You know, I’m going to be honest but..I really think I love you.” and then cue a really blushy Yekaterina.
Who would have the other’s picture as their phone background: Mathias would have a very silly selfie they took together as his, and Yekaterina’s would be just him smiling and leaning on the table from a date they had.

Who initiated the first kiss: Mathias. He kinda pulled her over with his hands on her waist and asked for a kiss. She was quickly flustered but could not decline such an offer.

Who starts tickle fights: Yekaterina. But he always ends up tickling her more because he loves her laugh. And it always leads to them laying tangled up on the ground kissing.
Who asks who if they can join the other in the shower: He usually asks her, and she’s happy to oblige.
