I’ll wait 💁🏽♂️ Yesterday was finally the day I decided to crack open a Crowler from a brewery that’s not only one of my favorites in #denver , CO - but one of my favorites PERIOD 😍This is #contourlines - A NEIPA from those boss folks over at @woodsbossbrewing 🙌🏽 Loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Tardif de Bourgogne, and Hallertau Blanc hops, it’s no doubt the crushiest crusher in all of Crushville 🤤 Big citrus and tropical melon notes are followed by a crisp sweetness that resembles a nice light Riesling or Sauv Blanc 😍 It’s an incredible beer brewed by some LITERAL geniuses. When I picked this up last month I got to sit down with Jordan (their head brewer and co owner) and talk all things beer. Be on the lookout for a little special something I’ve been working on, especially now that all my crazy work and life stuff has slowed down a little 😬 Also - peep that glass of theirs 👀 Inspired by the infamous Trail God. If you know, then you needn’t ask. If you need to ask - DON’T 😏 This beer was the perfect pairing for this pizza from a local Winery/Brewery/Restaurant called @dancingfoxwinery 🦊 They kill the game in all three of those facets and have been a staple for my wife and I for years.
