It had only taken her a second to cross the courtyard but she her heavy breaths and flushed expressions would have you believe she had ran straight from the far away (and far forgotten) tower all the way to where she stood now. The arms that swung around his neck in her passionate embrace tightened once before completely letting go and she bounced in place in glee. “¡Claro que sí! I’ve been practicing day and night.”
She had in fact been practicing but only from the point of her learning he was returning to now. It hadn’t been that the princess didn’t want to (for a while she had been very diligent) but as the days became more hectic and her schedule fuller there was very little time for anything.
“I suggest you not test me. I mean, if you did you’d learn you have nothing else to teach me and then have to officially leave forever, right?” Not exactly. “So I’ll purposely fail it to keep that from happening and then you’d be disappointed and think you’ve failed.
